Yes another day, another song lol. This is the main theme from olympic themed album (track 8 I think lol) This was done entirely in Reason 3 which I got yesterday so gave it a run out today, very much enjoyed it, program really encourages playing rather than endless loop manipulation. So all instruments were done in reason, my sister did some vocal samples for me (or I made her stand here for five minutes and say them lol) which I mapped to a reason sampler and played via keyboard with some PA effects from the reverb unit, also some reason vocoder effects and washes and some Beach Boyish vocal pads (cos I love the beach boys lol) Obviously not totally confident in Reason at all but everything went very smoothly, was gonna go for a total minor key all through the song but couldn't resist a major modulation near the end to get the track moving, possibly a bit more orchestral than I usually attempt as well. Bit of a novel here so appologies if you think it's crap hahaha. Comments welcomed of course particularly from Reason users as was just winging it lol)

Yep thats some nice gliss string effects on that track Gete, wasn't familiar with it (I do like the Bourne films though lol) Most string libraries have a nice glissando string effect in them (particularly the one in Reason by the way), been looking for a song to put some in for ages lol
