Seriously.. is anyone here against it? If so, why? I find it absolutely sickening that the government is giving extremely sick patients a hard time regarding an herb. FOR f**k'S SAKE

cant monopolize it... so wont be legal.... or along time off.... if it was harder to grow... then im sure it would be legal by now...imagine how much tax they would make from it

It is legal in some parts of Cali, but it should be legal everywhere,
and not just for people who are sick. Personally i think anything that
you can grow by planting a seed should be legal because it is nature.

Damn straight, you shouldn't get life in prison for growing something that naturally grows and should definitely be able to smoke it like I'm doing as I type this.

True Mark, but still i think if it grows naturally it sould be legal. Yes, Poppy is a very bad drug, but it still grows naturally, that means it sould be legal. I think no government has the right to ban anything that grows naturally.

I think a big part of the problem is people comparing cannabis to hard drugs like heroin. Is there really a point? Bottom line is that medical uses for cannabis have been proven time and time again and it has been shown to be much safer than many legal drugs. It can be cooked or vaporized, which cuts out the "smoking anything can't be good for you" argument right there... even though smoked cannabis hasn't been linked to lung cancer and thc has been shown to actually fight against some cancers. but the down side is... it is a big factor on mental health.... no matter what people say against or for canabis...it does fcuk with your mind if you abuse it
