Finished Version Now Up!

I decided last night that life is all about risks and I'd do something I've never done before - the new tune by myself (and hopefully Mr.Bob Brannan) will be presented to you as a work in progress.

Sadly, poor listener, this will be a true concept piece and it's called "The Bitter Pill". Fans of Doctor Who (especially the latest series with yer man Tennant as the Doc) will recognise this title as being one of the many names of the planet they find themselves on in the episodes; "The Impossible Planet" and "The Satan Pit".

All I am after (and I will listen) is pure critisism please. Good, bad, ugly, go for it. Is it too boring, do certain parts grate? Are certain parts great?

Don't worry about making me feel bad or feel like I've made a pile of s*ite, if popular opinion says so, then so be it.

Do Not Rate Or Nominate This Track, Please (as if you would lol)!1!!!!1!! - I'm not after any kind of chart placement with this (for now, at least )

As the track stands, it's a basic shell of the intro, leading into a faster second part, no guitars have been recorded yet, but they're in the pipeline. I'll say no more for now, but I will point you towards it.

Please Click Here To Access The Track Directly. Remember, no rates or anything like that, pleasepleaseplease. ANY comments will be welcomed like old friends of the family, however.

Thanking you kindly in advance.
J.

wow - quick off the mark there, Dawn - thank you!

Been chatting about this, I'm really getting back into having that kind of inner peace, knowing I've spent my spare time actually creating something. Then actually having the chance to let other people hear it (or force it on them at least ) completes it for me.

Thanks again.

Anybody got technical issues - bad drum sound choices, bad instrument sounds, etc?

And I've got to agree - THIS is a fantastic track. Heard it when I first joined up (due to the song title jumping out at me) - and I loved it then - I hadn't really got into commenting at that point, so I must have forgotten it. A classic piece of music.
