Hi everyone! I've seen my brother MSL on this site all the time
and thought I'd start posting my stuff on here as well! Name's
Ariel, I'm 24, and recently just moved to Los Angeles from
Florida. I write all kinds of music anything from Hip-hop to
techno to film scores! I have a hardrock band I produce back in
florida. Sadly, the main part of my studio (my baby blue Korg
triton extreme) is back in florida and won't be shipped here until
around August. In the meantime, I've posted some much older stuff
I found lying around the hard drive. Hope this keeps you
satisfied until August!
I look forward to listening to everyone's works and hope you all do the
same! MSL, thanks again for letting me in about the site.

Hi ascendance and welcome.
I'v had a listen to all three tracks but I'm going to hold off commenting on them individually until you start posting your more up to date stuff.
As you'll be well aware, General MIDI doesn't exactly enhance your compositional skills although, from what I'v heard, once there is some decent software driving your compositions it should be well worth the wait.

Thanks! Yea, I don't compose in MIDI anymore, but my page felt naked without some music!!
I promise you won't be disappointed! As soon as I move into my
new place in July, I should get the last piece of my studio shipped to
me and then I can really start laying down some nice tracks :)

I'm praying it won't take long. I sat at a Yamaha grand piano
last night and was in heaven. I miss playing. I'm gonna see
if I can grab a free old upright piano that someone might be giving
away for my new place.

Thanks! I have a LOT more to come as soon as my studio gets
up. I liked your stuff as well! Great use of sampling and
sequencing! I LOLed at your profile too. Ejay's good stuff
-- sparked my interest in writing techno as well!

April 18, 2006 marked the end of the V Dogg era. Three old V Dogg songs, as well as a previously unreleased remix, have been (re)released on April 25, 2006. His hip hop legacy was posted on May 2nd, 2006. He is officially retired now. Or is he? Hmmmm....
