I posted a song from my site.
I never saw any rules except the ones on the contest page, and they didn't say anything about the song's content, just that it had to be original and posted on the site. All I had to go on was the the theme name. Is there another set of rules or guidlines for this competition I didn't see? I thought it was kinda funny I didn't see any guidlines anywhere. If I entered a song that shouldn't be there by all means delete it from the competition. Todd |

Well im not 100% sure about exsisting songs, i think it kinda defies the idea of a competition - your mean to go...
Oooooo a competition Ok, i have to make a tune, that signifies 'Treasured Possessions' Ok, now i upload this tune, that signifies the theme ok, now i hope i win Thats how a competition has always worked Not - Ill enter all my tracks on my page and hope for the best (not putting any effort into the competition - Plus when Kiopo has kindly DONATED a magnificent prize such as this, deserves effort, atleast) |

yeah i agree 2 that, with this comp it has a theme, unlike the team 6 comp wich was basicaly anything goes. i made a track for this comp but i aint put it on the page yet but i let kiopo know

track, that I felt FIT the criteria. There was a GREAT deal of EFFORT
that went into the creation of the tune,I'm sure, as much EFFORTas any
other song in the competition, so your assumption it was effortless is
without basis and childish. A large effort on my part goes into any song I'm a part of whether it was created yesterday or last year. I can't speak for you, but that's how I work. |

 He didn't tell you that you entered 3
tracks. That post was originally him ranting (not you, but other
people who did that). Then, you joined in explaining what you
did, by posting a song from your site, an existing song and asked
certain questions (by the way, there aren't extra guidelines  ). His answer happened to apply for everyone in general, not you specifically. So, he didn't offend you at all. He wasn't saying that YOU posted 3 songs and hope for the best, but others did as you can see in the contest page. So don't get offended from what he said.

So your track(s?) you entered were made with you having Treasured Possesions in mind, previous to the competition? |
