came across this track while updating a banner ad for the artist. I'm a sucker for a nice deep bassline, so it held my interest. There are 2 sides to this track that I need to mention, the composition and the execution. The composition is flawless, with that dreamy organ sound burbling along, and the classy waka waka funky guitar lick.

The execution leaves a bit to be desired though. The orchestral hit especially is a bit nasty, and takes away from the overall groove of the track, and some of the synth stringalike sounds could be doing with some improvement, especially what sounds like it could be a cello in the mid section. Enough nitpicking tho, the track forces me to move, the rhythm is great, and all I can do is dream of the day when Mike can get some string players to back this one.

Would I buy it, not in it's current state, but with the right band behind it, I'd bite your arm off for it.
