Open Mic Nites (Sunday, December 12, 2004)
Dec 9th, 2004: It's my second open mic nite. It went well. I performed "Over Now" and "I'm dreaming of a White Christmas". There was good response from the audience and I enjoyed it. I was a little nervous but it all went well. I hope to get out and perform at other open mic nite venues.
My first open mic nite which was August went well too. I performed "Hotel Paper" by Michelle Branch. The audience responded well. It was my first time performing with me, my guitar and my guitar coach accompanying me playing lead. It helped me boost up my energy and to take up the courage to perform on stage alone which I took up by performing alone during my 2nd open mic.
I hope to do more performances in the future. I have to say I've improved a lot in overcoming my stage fright. Hopefully, I'll be more use to it as I perform more.
