SKULLCAP  News Stage and studio UPDATE (Sunday, February 06, 2005) SKULLCAP will be taking part in a Dimebag tribute show at Sudsy Malones in Cincy, Ohio on Saturday, April 2nd.. Tons of bands doing either a Pantera or Damageplan song. SKULLCAP will be doing Damageplan's .... YOU. Unless things change (i.e. finding a permanent drummer), this will be the first time SKULLCAP has graced a stage in quite some time. I personally am foaming at the mouth to get back on stage and tear it up. So please do us and yourself a favor and hit this show up, it's gonna crush big time!! As of right now we're not sure what time we'll go on, but we do have a special guest drummer behind the kit to help us out. Ok, now for a studio update… We have 4 solid songs down musically now. Yeah, I know it's taking forever but we want to make sure they live up to the SKULLCAP attitude. We also have 2 more that I need to sit down and rework the drum parts before Steve and I can lay bass and guitar tracks. That’ll give us 6 completed new songs and there are many more ideas being thrown around. We'll post the update and a track or two when the final mixes are ready.
