Done: The School Band Thing, Done: The New Band Thing Doing: Something that only a band who've been together all their young lives could possibly pull off: blending genres so easily that it sounds natural and simple, putting on explosively theatrical live shows, bringing fist-in-the-air rock to a shoegazing post-rock universe.Two EPs are already available. The track "Fade to White", from the first EP "Grin & Nod" , was dubbed the second best song in Oxford of 2003 by Nightshift Music Magazine, even beating Radiohead, the poor fools. They have been described by Nightshift as "kings of pop", by Oxfordbands.com as "infuriatingly inscrutable", but the BBC "cannot understand their continuing deification". Well get used to it suckers! Thanks to all who came and watched, it was great even though my shoes broke.In other news, Seb is off touring with MC Lars supporting Bowling for Soup for most of October, so we're taking a bit of a breather.
