Happy Ever After
Scott. It's been awhile.. I see nothings changed... Still a great singer/songwriter! A litle Maroon 5 feel. Great song Scott. Best, Eric
Yeah i like it - from what i have heard over the last year it would be difficult to dislike any of your work. Well crafted pop songs with great melodies, lyrics and production. This could so easily be a hit today - has that definite ear catching appeal. Love the intro - the jangling synth sound with the beats and vox coming up from the bottom of the mix to take prominence. So cool.
I'm back for more as you knocked me off my no 12 spot :-).. This song is really good bud, this needs to move from unsigned to signed!!
Talent seems to ooze out of your every pore! This is really good and what an organazational nightmare it must have been putting all those things that you have together to create such an impressive song! I am impressed but than again I have yet to hear a song from you that I could say different. I really like the chimey intro! Impeccable work -Mike
Great track. I really like the main guitar riff. The various vocal melodies are very good, supported by great vocal work. Thumbs!
Very catchy track! Sounds so radio friendly! The vocal melodies are great! The track sounds very professional. This sounds like something Savage Garden would definitely make! Very cool mate!!
Thanks for the kind words on the new song!!! Great track here as well as usual!!!!! Really enjoyed this! Thumbs
you must be kidding that you didn't think this was upto much. This is so fab, a real top pop song, you just do these songs so wonderfully!!!!
Stopped by again Scott. So nice.
Great track. Love the melody to this. Love the vocal, love the happy sound.. its made me smile! Have my vote!
I really liked this song, left me feeling good. Fantastic harmony and production, Thumbs. Gibbo
Intro sounds just Liquids 'Breaking Dawn's. Once the song gets going it reminds me of 'Feel' by Robbie Williams but pacier. Sorry, don't mean to make it sound like it's copying, just hearing different influences and things. This is a classic sounding Pop song. Great writing and arrangement. Confident vocal performance as always and fantastic production. Think this is right up there with your best Scott. Brilliant and rated, Craig.
Easily one of the more commercial friendly song on the site right now. Not to say say this isn't a wonderful piece.. it is big time. Your voice is brilliant and so nicer to listen to. A feel good song and a hit in my books. Maybe the rest of the world will see this as well. It should.
Certainly worth at lot of merit. I can easily hear this being given loads of air play.Really good vocals and song writing.
Very upbeat pop number, cheered me up this eve, nice work, very cool to listen to, best wishes!
Loved the intro...the slow emergence of the bottom...really filled it in ...super arrangement! Percs are sweet in this ...rhythm guitar....bass lifts this nicely...nice driving piece. Usual vocals from Scott...nicely placed in the mix, supported by great harmonies...BIG sounding mix...that is the part that draws my ear...hearing things precisely in a tight mix...very enjoyable production! Loved that little bit from 2:23- 2:2:57 (?) sweet touch. Thumbs guys!
Very competent and radio friendly pop song.Well sung and played, some of the higher tones a little harsh initially but not to the detriment of the piece...
Great Song,thanks for the Download.
i like the way the song begins...very atractiv track, love your vocals too, excelent produvtion too, this song is for the podium...rated
Having spent my first musical years in a few bands I now write and record music for my own pleasure and for anyone else who cares to listen. Many songs are acoustic based and are recorded in my humble home studio. Some songs on my page are co written and recorded with my writing partner in crime the talented Mr Andy Empsal-Walker
Thanks for visiting my page.
Anyway,- i'm Influenced by the likes of the Beatles, The Finn Brothers, Billy Joel and Jason Mraz. Hope you enjoy my songs.
I liked the pacing and the composition and change in beat. Definatley gave a bit of a retro feel, but with good intentions. I liked the mixing for the most part, though I felt there was too much flange on the voice, I maybe would have used it on the just the chorus or the verse but not both.Cheers! good tune.
Scott Slater – Seventh Heaven Anyone familiar with Scott’s music here on MP3unsigned will undoubtedly know by now that the standard of this mans work is second to none. In all departments, from composition to production his dedication to his craft shines through with a truly dazzling brilliance. Seventh Heaven is the latest offering, and what a remarkably apt title that i
My review of Scott slatter – Love This is my second maybe 3rd time I have reviewed Scott From the first time I heard Scott’s stuff I thought this guy can sing and sing really well at that This track for me though not sure why maybe it will be made clear before the end of the review This track doesn’t really do it for me. Yes the vocals are good the melodies are good but There are a few mis
I really enjoyed the different breaks in the acoustic melodic structure. A very catchy song in both the verses and chorus. Lyrics are strong and production is good. I'm looking forward to spending some time listening to the rest of your tracks. Nice work!
This is a great way to end this batch of reviews. Im going to start with negatives on this one first. right here goes artist name? Scot? Don’t say much really. And what is that on your head mate. J That’s the negatives out the way, now to the positives. man you can sing cant you jealous much lol and a great wordsmith And add a decent guitarist to the list. next you be telling me you produced it
Another new name to me this month is the easily written Scott. A new MP3 Unsigned artist working in the Contemporary Acoustic field and - as we well know - that listing can encompass a multitude of sins... A home studio musician who - in common with all of us - writes and performs songs because he 'cannot imagine NOT doing it'. Welp, join the club mate because there are MILLIONS
