This is an interesting track to say the least, almost right down my street....almost.
This would make any pop idol contestant slash their wrists, I see a
woman contestant on a stage, worn, makeup smudged, old raddy clothes,
unable to sing cause she is self loathing....rode hard, put up wet...
This song is actually interesting to me and I enjoyed listening to it,
got me thinking, but in reality...(no pun intnded), it has virtually no
commercial appeal, and I have a funny feeling that's ok with the
artist, as it is ok with me as well when I do a track people shudder to.
I really didn like the lyrics even though I gave them a lower score,
and the only reason I did is because I had trouble hearing some of
them, but what I did hear, I liked, musically it seemed to drag a
little, but I do recognise the true craft for it's intent from this
artist.
I appreciate the expression of the darker take from his own feelings
about the subject he speaks of, definitely a unique and somewhat
disturbing track.
