Alessandra is a track by Juri Rosseneld accompanied by Chris Maxwell featuring the vocals written by Dawn Sinclair.

First off, i am rating with a 7 equaling an average radio quality track by a professional.  The first thing that cathces my ear on this track is the musicmanship.  It is very strong.  timing is spot on, vocals are delivered brilliantly.  Chris Maxwell is an extremely good singer.  He sounds trained and he has a certain amount of soul that can not be easily forgotten.

Dawn's craft is her lyrics.  And they are so beautifully crafted in this track. My favorite of which being "Late September, Sultry nights".  I dont know what it is about that particular passage, could be that it is a september morning, it could be that my birthday is tomorrow and i generally associate september with good feelings, but those lyrics, when bolted out by chris maxwell gave me  a certain feeling of warmth.

With all that said, i dont listen to this genre very often.  If on the radio, i generally change the station.  so my interest in this genre is low.  And im afraid that will bring the score down a tad.  but this is just honesty taking its coarse.  There are times when i just need some good ol soul so ill keep it on, so the rating is slightly below an average radio track interest for me.  but musicmanship, vocal delivery and song structure are all very strong.  I feel like another reviewer would review this song much stronger, especially one who really was into the genre.  But i cant stress the amount of talent i have percieved in this performance.  These arent music rookies.

I think this song could certainly make it on the radio.  If i heard it i wouldnt think twice that it belonged there.  I think it has a certain amount of commercial appeal, but you wont hear it on the popular radio stations.  But is that what they want anyways? probably not.  All involved, congrats on a beautiful track.

final verdict- radio ready
