Digital Juggernaut is an up and coming musician who shares my rational and logical take on life. the irony is people will use logic and reason to make their music, but what use it in other things.
First my criticisms.
The vocal samples were a little repitive for me. and the "previously on lost" got tiresome to me. although 6 is not a low rating, its considered low for some reason on this site, i instead see it as very average.
also the guitar sound gets a little over strummed and samply sounding, but this isnt too distracting. id like to hear the track with a real guitar perhaps.
positives:
This song has a really cool song structure and a very nice beat. im a beat freak and i enjoy this beat. i love the breakbeat style. this tracks strongest point comes in when the flute comes in...it leaves me wishing it lasted longer, or took shorter to get too. with that said, the fact that it leaves me wanting more is a really good quality of a track. but the vocal sample leaves me wanting no more of it.
musically, crafted very well, and im impressed with the breakdown. the other vocal sample that comes during the flute works very well. and because i liked this sample so much i rated a 6 on vocals, other wise i might of went lower
song sturcture, overall enjoyment etc. all get high marks from me. a recomend this to anyone, and those who like the show lost, might get a kick out of this. i have never seen the show, so some of the nostalgia was "lost" im sure...
