This tune had me fooled for the first 8 bars or so. I thought it was a totally generic jazz track that some wanna-be would be adding his licks to. What I got instead was a truly artistic contribution to a rather basic jazz rhytm section that turned this generic into a genre that needs to be focused on. What was jazz fusion is no longer con-fusion with this artist. Rock meets Jazz meets Acid meets OMFG! Two thumbs way up and big toes too.
