Circle of Stone
Beautiful, a joy to listen. Easy vote, Gibbo
let there be light...spring coming around, even in these parts, and your composition is a fine quality reminder of the circular nature of the observations of the ancients. The mixing, and choice of elements weaves a delightful few moments of reflection. Fem. vox/choir always lifts these pieces, as do timps and horns...enjoyed the drive and purpose that emerges. good to hear from you Pete. More in the wings?
This is rather lovely in its ambience and peacefulness. Sounds great through me decent sennheiser headphones.
This is pretty....vocals sit nicely in the mix, pleased to hear the focus on other elements. Quite dramatic; "soundtrack" describes it well as it evokes imagery Jung would have a field day with. I'll have another listen while I'm here....:)
A brilliant Soundtrack piece Peter. You're great at these! nice and relaxing, fits in well for the coming of spring. Nice work :-)
So I just got back from Walmart (not sure if you have em over in the Kingdom), and I wanted to, as they say here in the colonies, "go postal" after dealing with, well, there is no better way to put it....PEOPLE. But you remind me in your brilliance there is a kinder, softer and quieter side of life that makes it all worth it (barely sometimes). Thank you for the beauty you create and share Pete...this is an amazing transportation to where I needed to go right now....and in the future...
I'm an amateur musician down here in the leafy south west of England amusing myself with such toys as Omnisphere 2. East West Quantum Leap Symphonic Orchestra, Symphonic Choirs and Stormdrum v2.0. Also Garritan IO & GPO & various VSTs - all on a Mac platform. It keeps me off the streets.
