My demo vocals...!

This is about social networking, especially dating sites!

A flatmate once was unable to look up from his laptop, talking to strangers online, unaware of my presemce in the room, let alone aware of anything I've just said.

So this song is just an observation of what it looks like from someone outside of the trappings of social media (so far), based on something I began to dread in meeting people as a single bloke.

In a way it's about the disappointment of losing a potential friend to the hypnotic and false illusion and the power it has on just some people, a wake up call and an optimistic desire to bring back the simple pleasures, such as real company, over virtual relationships.

UK-based songwriter looking for vocalists for collaborations.

Just unable to stop the call when a song seems to be ready to appear, I've tried to stop but it won't leave me alone and there's lots more to come.

I find it strange to have this collection of songs, it's just stuff I hear in my head and then suddenly a song has appeared how it was heard and it's great that they happen to belong to me, though I'm not sure if listening is the same as writing?!

I love being inspired, and if you enjoy what comes out then that makes life even better.

I'm not here to be the next big thing, I'm just here to let the songs be heard, give them the life I feel they deserve. Maybe one day I'll set up on i-tunes...
