I Really Don't Care
Is it in mono or is it my ears? Intended or not? Nice bit o blues all the same. Sorry I've been so long finding you!
Mighty fine track bud. I love a track that has a real story behind it. Some "Grit" about it. Love the piano and guitar work but they are lost behind the snare and tamb and that is why I agree with Marty on the levels. The excellent work is being lost but this is an easy fix and therefore gets the big thumbs up from me. Baz
Ok so i dont know nothing on songwriting and recording but i could give a few crits that i hear in this track. First off, your voice is good so lay off the reverb and that will bring the vocals in the mix forward alot. Thats tambourine on the snare is really loud, try lowering that a little (If you can)... alot actually! lol I can actually still hear a little distortion from the clipping but that aside i can hear a really good track here! Just a pity you lost the original files for this as it would be a great track if it was given the right treatment! Anyways best of luck with it bud! Marty
REPLY to Richard Ramsey: Thanks Richard. The problems you have heard have been corrected. Thanks for your help. Doc
Nice intro Doc! finding the bass a bit muddy! Nice deep baritone vocal! I'm hearing the vocal clipping a bit in the mix! Maybe a bit to close to the mic! Nice organ backing! And like the instrumental break..really suits the song! Nice guit at 5:16! Wild panning effect on DJC's break...Nice job Doc!
Great lyric... reminded me of a Dylan song about being in someone else's shoes. Some nice melodies too. Maybe a little long at 7 mins dude. Take a rate. Good work
Another nice job on the remix/remastering Doc, sounds great! Rated.
Nice song Doc, very nice melody you have there and a very tight lyric running through it. A nicely rounded vocal as well, nice rich deep tone again. All your friends have added to the tune as well. Like the organ pad as well :) Rated
