A long time ago, a kid named Mark got himself a guitar for christmas. A kid named Mike wrote stupid white-boy raps. About a year later, at the first show of their friend (later to play bass for them) Andy's band (Stage Crew(NY) listen to them), they decided to start a band. And the beginning was there, scribbled on the back of a Jackdaw sticker was a name, and that name was McShanny and the Hooligans. The search was on for the rest of the band. They found Spaz (who got his name during an unfortunate fall while playing hackey-sack)who played drums, they didn't care how well he could play, the important thing was he had them. It turned out that he could play. But they were at a stand still, still searching for a bass player. Then one day, Mark met Brian in gym class and found out he played bass. The next day Brian brought his guitar into school and audtiioned in the locker room. He was in. The band held their first practice, and that day had their first gig booked for a month later. They didn't know any songs, they somehow managed to scrape together 2 original songs and 2 covers to play at that show. In the beginning Brian wrote most of the lyrics, which were really sappy and emo. Then they discovered Nerf Herder, when Mark's brother found a case of cd's on a plane. Mark and Shanny began writing nerdy songs. Brian quit the band because Shanny couldn't sing and never showed up for practice. Spaz gave him the finger. He's in a new band, they are called Venkman. So they beat Andy in the face and told him he could either play bass for them, or they would kill him and then beat him to death with his own corpse. He joined. He wrote a song about David Hasselhoff. The band is going into the studio to record very soon.
