Through a torturous audition process that lasted over a full year, he assembled the band piece by piece, first enlisting drummer Don Donneruno and bassist Frank Ruso to cement the rhythm section, and later lead singer Marc Andrew to complete the lineup. The result is a solid lineup of class-A musicians who have been through the system.
