We Offer 3 Purchasing options:

(1) LEASING: How does this work? You get to use it for demo purposes ONLY. No commercial profitable purposes such as mixtapes, radio play, live shows, etc. can be used when leasing a track. You cannot make any changes to the instrumental or resell your rights. If you do decide to use it to make a profit later, you must contact LaCasa and purchase an exclusive or semi-exclusive. The track can only be used by the buyer for a set period of time. When a beat is purchased for leasing you will receive that beat through your email as a TOP quality mp3. (192 bitrate MP3)

(2) SEMI-EXCLUSIVE: How does this work? You got the right to use the instrumental for all profitable purposes such as albums, mixtapes, radio play, live shows, etc. Your rights cannot be sold or transferred to another person or company. LaCasa can still resell the instrumental to any person(s) or company(s). When a beat is purchased for semi-exclusives you can receive the beat through email or on a data cd as a wav or mp3 file.

(3) EXCLUSIVE: How does this work? You have the right to do whatever you like with the instrumental for an undisclosed amout of time. You will also become the owner of the instrumental (contract available). However you cannot resell or transfer ownership. Also, LaCasa does not resell the instrumental.

*What equipment does LaCasa use when making instrumentals?
Currently we are using a Triton Extreme, Fantom-X8, Protools 7.0, Motif ES, Mpc 2000XL, Digi002 Console, Avalon PreAmp, Condenser Mic, Acoustic Foam Booth & Thousands of Plugins to name a few.

*Does LaCasa Sample or Use Loops Software such as Fruity Loops ect.?
NO! LaCasa Only uses professional hardware to ensure the livest, crisp sound possible! All instrumentals are hand played and unsampled including the singing on the hooks! All singing was done by LaCasa's own artists or clients! Currently we use Fantom-X8, Trition Extreme, MotifES 8, MPC2000XL, Avalon PreAmp, Commander 8, Digi002, Protools & thousands of plugins...

*What forms of payment do you accept?
