Sheffield born and bred, 23 year old Ken Bryant is one of Sheffield's up and coming home grown talents. With more than 30 live solo acoustic shows, a promo video, and 2 solo acoustic albums, Ken has single handedly established himself amongst Sheffield's thriving music scene: an achievement he reflects on as his apprenticeship. And now turning his attention to his role as lead singer for new Sheffield band 'The Theories,' Ken is furthering his musical development, one that has recently seen him contribute a song for the soundtrack to an independent film titled 'The Seller'.

Collaborator for Ken's Promo Video (Mr. Liam Sanderson) has produced a short film titled 'The Seller' that features an updated mix of Ken's 'Run Away With Me' (track 5 from his debut album).. The updated mix of the song has been arranged by a composer who provided arrangement for the artist compiled Lou Reed classic, 'Perfect Day'. Ken is quite excited with how well produced the mix is. It features a string arrangement, piano part, bass and drums. More news to follow as and when for the films release date.

Ken is now the lead singer for new Sheffield band 'The Theories'. They have their debut show booked: 13/02/06 - West St Live, Sheffield - 8pm - Free Admission (Debut Show with the Theories) The show will be a testing ground to try out their new material before they disappear in to their rehearsal room to record their long player. Ken along with the band welcome you to be amongst the privileged who will have their say in the bands development.
