Symphony #2 - Adagio (Rachmaninov) (Classical)
Artist Comments This is the beautiful slow movement from Rachmaninov's second symphony. The symphony was composed in 1907, and premiered in 1908, with the composer conducting. As well as being an outstanding composer, Rachmaninov was also one of the greatest concert pianists of his day.(File revised Sept. 14/09)
