Cabin Fever (Stir Fry Mix)
Very entertaining, high energy dance mix that kept me guessing where you were going to go next with it. Had me bouncing along until 4:20 when all went quiet...and then lol, the joke's on me! Good one! Enjoyed this one, fellas!
Thanks for the support/comments on the new song! This is a cool track. Really creative groove, especially when it breaks down around 1:00. Like that part the most! You really keep it interesting thoughout, which is a challege with instrumentals. Nice work! Thumbs
Nice stir fry, great track guys. Rated.
Getting pretty crazy here with the (Stir Fry Mix)! You are painting vivid and lush soundscapes right from the get go, so I know there is going to be much more to experience... There's that filter again, so cool, wish I knew how to do that. The melody goes for a solo breakdown and holds strong all the way through until this flittering high frequency sound distracts me and makes some really bold statements, then the build up back to some crazy experimental stuff and a right proper head trip of an ending with some surprising vocals! This is different in a good way, though I have to say I like the (Goldfish Mix) a little bit better, they are both very strong tracks. Excellent, job well done.
A very cool dance track, this is shaping up to be my favourite genre of music, why not, it's got everything, and it's fun!
This is quality dance music, that leaves stuff I heard at the local gym in the dust!
Enjoying the ingredients in this stirfry. Spicy. Love Wednesday x
More likings also. Very like the goldfish only different. Stirred, not shaken and a whole lotta stirrings going on. Four thumbs with much protein.
Forbidden Colours are a Swansea (South Wales, UK) based band who discovered synthesisers in 1979 and, after years of study have finally found the little button that turns them on. We are Mark Newton and Andy Jonah, a control freak and fat boy respectively. We have been influenced by many people, including our bank manager, the electricity board and a hypnotist named the amazing Mesmo.
We would describe our music as having been written by us, musically, using some instruments in a style which is usually the complete opposite of what we started out to write, but which, nonetheless is surprisingly good. We hope one day to pioneer the practice of playing air-synths. We are possibly the only Welshmen in existence who can't sing (we were thrown out of the choir for shoving), but we're not that worried because the music is the thing. When not writing music we generally tend to stare off into space listening to whatever tunes our inner DJ's spin in our heads. Contrary to everything written here, we do take our music seriously. Biographies, on the other hand...
Mark Newton: Vocals (well he calls them vocals), Vocoder, Lead guitar, Synthesisers, Samplers, Percussion
Andy Jonah: Backing vocals, Vocoder, Bass guitar, Synthesisers, Samplers, Percussion (tea and welsh cakes)
We are currently looking for a Swansea based vocalist, male, female, transgender or even hermaphrodite. (We don't care just so long as you can carry a tune in a bucket.)
