ya hit me like a ball of silk.
what a combo dss and deon. gee is this heaven or what.. let me go now man.
Hey Deon, we were wondering what you had done with this one. This is Baz's favourite track that he worked on and so pleased to hear it again. Have to say that you have a talent for writing great melodies. Pleased to have helped but of course we can't vote.
This song is very easy on the head - VERY sweet sound throughout the entire song. Every song of yours that I listen to builds upon my first impression of your music that began so highly in the first place... I am always surprised at how much higher it gets. THUMB!!!
lovely melodic stuff - expect nothing less from you - like the sweet keyboard riff - excellent work as always - nothing about a vote free zone - so it gets mine
Hello, thanks for dropping by my page. The songs here are all self-penned and hollered! I extend my many and gracious thanks to those who have collaborated generously with me and allowed a beautiful synchronicity to evolve and take the form of some of the sounds you will encounter here.
I have had a few tracks aired on BBC, two of which are on this page and another "uptown underground" on the 'MADEGO' page. Madego is the name Derek Evans and I record under, Derek providing a wonderful and full music production to my words and vocals.
Thanks so much for dropping by and for your support, it is much appreciated. - Deon
Thanks to Mark Ellis here on MP3Unsigned, he is kindly featuring 2 tracks of mine on his fabulous show "Roots and Branches" the tracks will be 'I'll Be Yours' and 'Heartache' Many thanks to Mark for
this is one very fine tune , i love everything about it , just a great song .
This is a really well written song. It's obvious that a lot of thought went into this lyric (unlike so many these days). I loved the line, "If you can banish each cool drop of rain. Put permanent end to misfortune and pain".
It's a new year so I'm going to start with a new artist, at least to me. This is also my own pick btw, and I''ll be explaining that further shortly and you can stop groaning anytime you like. Deon is, apparently, a songwriter from Birmingham UK as opposed the Birmingham AL (Alabama, USA as it 'appens). I was lurking around MP3 Unsigned's New MP3s forum trying (unsuccessfully) to
