You Let Me Down (featuring bob b. wolf)
You sure do know how to sing girl. We love this song! It's like classic rock, and blues had a baby and that baby grew up and said "I won't let you down" then kicked ass against all the naysayers and is now walking back home in victory but nobody's there to party with them yet because they're still further up the road. Man hurry up and make it down the road cause we wanna party with you! Please let Mr. Wolf know that me and drummer came by.

Downloading.....Great song Carol. Again I love the story behind songs, so what inspired you for this song? Your voice is sweet and with that guitar singing for you this is really good easy listening. Keep climbing the charts!!! I woudnt let you down however I'm not perfect....What type of equipment do you use to record with?
You're all so kind, thank you so! :)
Appreciate the kind words. I just uploaded a new song that I think you may like, as well! Your music is mighty impressive. Perhaps we could collaborate some time. Anyhow, you can keep up with Fust on www.facebook.com/thisisfust :]
Really love your vocals lady :) Maybe even a tad more EQ presence if there's another remix..? The music is rich and has a cool 6/8 swing to it. Very nice.Thumbs \m
Carol, your vocals on this are wonderful. I do wish they were mixed a little more out front but only because I like them so much!.. Proud to consider you my friend again and again.
-now remixed- thank you all for the suggestions... and Bob, thank you again!
I adore the blues~ thanks again for working with me in song, Bob~ and thank you all so much for checking out this tune, much appreciated... and it's good to be hearing your music, too! :)
Thanks Appreciate The FeedBack Showing Love To You And Your Music Thanks For Listening Continue To Follow!!
On my monitors the vocals are too quiet dear but i do get the sweet vibe - see if Bob can raise em about 3dB ish and maybe just pull-back that big snare during vocal phrases. Other than that it's great. Thumzup
Sexy as hell! I love blues based RnR! Nice work Bob as well creating setting the atmosphere to give you the inspiration for those lyrics. Great job Eric
Bluesy, sultry and soulful. A brilliant collaboration. Carol, your vocals are superb, straight from the heart and Bob's music is perfect, full on blues with a killer guitar riff to bookend the song. Love it! Big thumbs.
This is great! Carol, your voice is so awesome. You are not just singing, you are into it! The lyrics are beautifully so sad and truthful. And the music is straight from the past - just how I like it! Excellent work on this collaboration!
Awe, thank you all so kindly~ and another thanks going out to Bob for working with me in music! :)
Carol... great musical backing!! Blues feel all over this!... Vocals have passion... Not suprised as your out put of collabs is huge and you work with some of the best on various sites! Another solid collab Carol.. All the best! :)
This is just one outstanding track from both of you. Your vocals are always top notch carol sue and bob provides soulful geetar to back it up....
Well, what a super collab! The track and production has the Wolf-man marks all over it ;) The way you worked your vocals and lyrics into this track was some bit of sultry performance ;) Maybe the vocals were too far back (Ricky noted too) or maybe just the vocal interpretation that comes in wisps ;) Nice to hear some new combinations on the site! Kudos! Thumbs!
You're welcome, Ricky~ and thank you, too! :)
Thanks for the comment on my page Carol :) Nice collab.. I'd like to hear the vocals more...Hard to make out if I'm honest...Maybe less verb on them too.. Good work...Peace,Ricky
Good to hear from you~ Thank you all so much, I appreciate your comments, and imagine that Bob does, as well! I enjoyed working with Bob, and yes- can hope for another collab sometime! :)
Hi Songbird:) Hope you are enjoying hot weather we are jealous over here. Anyways you sound great and seductive as has already been said. Nice collaboration and has a real soulful feel to it. Impressive as always. Well done to Bob too:) Easy vote girl. Take Care Andy :)
Bob B's signature is on this no doubt but what a fantastic vocal performance and song. Vocal duet to come? it would work. No DL, pity! Thumbs. Gibbo
Well done Bob and Carol. Not a genre I would normally listen to but this certainely has a sultry feel and I love it's swing! Excellent production too, however I would like to hear those vocals brought forward a tad more. Just my humble opinion Guys, no offence meant! Loving the guitars accompanying that sultry swing along with Carols vocals!! Rated Guys! Baz
Hi Carol and Bob - great to hear a song from you both.Love the bluesy sound on this - Bobs great production. The vocals draw me in immediately - lovely tone and very sexy (may i say that?) The song is too short for my liking though i wanted to hear more of that lead guitar at the end. But i guess its a good thing to leave your audience wanting more. Go on do something else together.Thumbs, James
Thanks for you comments on "Nothing". Superb collaboration from two great artists. This has so much feel and emotional depth. Love the sultry bluesy vocal and the lead guitar lick.
I love this smouldering soul/blues workout, and done so well, I thought I was listening to one of the Atlanta Soul albums from a while back! Excellent arrangement, playing and superb vocals Carol. An easy vote! Cheers, Andrew
Really nice blues drama ...Your vocal performance is suitably sombre (and that is meant is a positive way, lol) & Bob's guitar is very cool. A thumbs up rate from me. Well Baby C I'll let you get back now ;)
Hi Carol, It's really nice to hear your vocals on this track and there's something very seductive and classy about your voice here showing that whoever let you down that they missed out on you big time :) Well done to you and Bob's performance on the guitar. Who could ever let you down when you've got a voice like that? Oh well... It's their loss and your gain. Voted. PJ

Emotionally charged here, with the simplicity of guitar and vocals a song that truly strikes a cord within myself. What beauty exists in the simple things in life. In listening it is as though I feel what the singer is feeling, as though she is in the room with me. Absolutely stunning performance, applause...encore!
Carol Sue has been my only link to authentic country and western based music since joining this site and as such i need to apologise for the lack of references i have to offer in my review! Carol's 'Too Tired' was not new to me when i came to listen to it. I had heard it before and remembered it straight away! This catchy country tune is a homage to the love between a man and his motor cycle, an
My review of Carol Sue Kirkpatrick - I Am Invisible (with Mantrasolo) First off sorry for the delay, life has been busy over the past few weeks Anyways lets talk about carol & better still lets talk about the track J I got to admit I have a soft spot for carol, so I have got quite familiar with her style and sound But I think this is the first time I have actually heard car
Carol Sue Kirkpatrick - I Am Invisible (with Mantrasolo) Right from the start this track has an immediate presence – Just like the Lady who has penned this track. Carol was one of the first people I became very aware of when I first started looking around this site properly. Not only has Carol commented on my tracks regularly and with feeling, she regularly comments on all the artis
Going Through The Motions By Carol Sue Kirkpartick and Hans Mulders (Drainage). Is soul music actually good for the soul? Why did I ask myself that? I'm guessing all music affects our soul in one way or another, if we do actually have one, that is (I'm a sceptic myself, but there you go). If a song can make a person realise something by merely affirming a feeling that we have about ourselves or
Yet another MP3 Unsigned collaboration - they are at it like rabbits over there I tell ya! This time with Carol Sue Kirkpatrick and my old mate AndyF, who I have known for many years. I met Carol Sue just recently and if you are reading this on Soundclick then you will already know she's set up camp there too. You didn't know??! Well her page is here so why don't you go ove
Note to self: I must not get confused between Kirkpatrick (which is a fine old Scots/Irish name) and Fitzpatrick which is Norman, and as we Brits know they were not nice. Not nice at all, especially if you happened to be a king and were fond of your eyes. Now, if that little lot hasn't served to sow an inordinate amount of confusion in your mind, I am not the mind f*** I once was.
Well I sure know the invisibility effect, but I have a sneaking feeling that isn't what this MP3 Unsigned artist is singing about. A new name to my reviews from that site, I have been noticing how this lady has been recieved over there, and some of the comments made about her music but this is the first time I have had opportunity to do the same Carol is basically a songwriter, r
