Heard this one ages ago and it seemed to convince me at the time that the dark and moody techno offerings coming from my speakers contributed to my overall sombre mood and writing. Now i write upbeat trance with a smile in the approach and an overall good feeling, Here's to you square, If you dont make it mate..I'm trowing my keyboards in the river and taking a day job at Macdonalds. First time I've heard of Square Bear before, found it from an AD on mp3unsigned. Played the video to Tears in the rain and loved it. Also like the rest of this guys tracks. Well worth the download. Deff a favourite.

Square Bear is Steve Worswick from Goole, East Yorkshire, England. A gifted composer and producer, he has been producing dance/trance music for over 4 years with remarkable success. His music varies from commmercial, vocal trance to hard, banging floor fillers. Square Bear has signed a three album deal over three years with Home City Records. According to the Label VP for New Business Michael Family "...Square Bear is a very rare gifted dance musician ... he does the work with the help of the synthesizer and not the reverse"His unofficial remix of Beyonce - Crazy In Love was quoted as being "..almost definite Clubland 3/4 material.." by AATW records (Ultrabeat, Flip & Fill, N-Trance) but unfortunately, there's no way it would get authorised. Features to date: Square Bear's track "Royal Blue" is featured on compilation CD titled, "Best of Beats Vol. 4" alongside ATB, Ian Van Dahl and Timo Maas. Square Bear's track "Dancer In The Rain" is play listed in Swedish radio station, BMU91.6FM in Botryka, Stockholm with an audience of hundreds of thousands. Square Bear's tracks "Close Your Eyes" and "Summer Goes" have been played heavily at Kazantip, Ukraine and Ibiza by DJ Tom Kallen. Kazantip attracts an average of 600,000 people per day and is equivalent to Ibiza for Russians.
