Matthew Scott is a well respected music lecturer and recording musician based in the South Wales Valleys.Having been a guitarist / songwriter for many years in local bands,Matthew decided in the year 2000 to start building a home studio.The first project in this new studio was "Variant", an album consisting of a wide range of musical styles such as: Heavy Rock, Funk, Instrumental, Country, Blues and Jazz.The Variant album has recieved good reviews from publications such as Soundnation and the Godisinthetv zine website and Matthew has plans to record another album in the summer of 2006.Meanwhile he continues to record and produce local bands, teach guitar,bass guitar and drums and perform low key gigs locally.
