@ LIQUID ... I am so glad you like it. This song is so dear to my heart because when I wrote the lyrics, I was in a low down dirty kinda bluesy state of mind. (lol) Fortunately for me, I had an opportunity to work with great musicians whom I love, respect and admire.

Hey Juliette nice to find something new on the site to take a listen too. As a keyboard player myself naturally I was tuning in to that but for me (as well as the great vox) the bass was the star of this track. Ant

@ tbwig... the Sax player did the horn arrangements. We recorded this song in 3 sessions. At first I was a bit nervous regarding the outcome, because, I did not intend on recording a Blues song. It was supposed to be a light RnB/Pop song which turned out to be my BEST msitake ever!! I've realized to "go with the flow." I love Blues/Rock!! (lol)

Got one tight band if this was session recording. Equally talented keyboard player and muted trumpet (extraordinary work on the horn)...super musicianship supporting you...hope these artists do more work with you...quite a talent pool.

The Guitar player is from Mississippi and his grandmother was famous for play the Slide Guitar which is known as a particular method or technique for playing the guitar. That's what makes my song unique. I love it!!

@ tbwig... I used only live instruments in this recording (meaning, a musician played every single instrument.) This song was not initially intended to be recorded as a Blues song. It somehow just evolved into a Blues tune at the end of the session. And, everyone loved it. Thanks again. I'm happy to hear that you enjoy this one too!! xoxo JuLa

Man, I love the big bass and drums at the start...the guitar speaks to me and tells me this is gonna be good...doesn't disappoint! Backing track is well done...nice "low down dirty blues!" Love the blues...this oozes N.O. charm...vocals suit this to a capital T ;) Loved the sustain at the end. Thumbs!
