Really lovely, gentle and quirky. The strings and dark piano notes add depth and gravitas in the break but the tender vocal is what makes the piece special. Can really see this as a movie soundtrack. Well done.

Wow - Led Zeppelin still making music shocker! This is lovely work, people. There's not a single thing I can think of that can be seen as being bad about this - except maybe the fact I haven't made it myself. The lyrics sound good, but it would be nice to have them to read, they sound kind of bittersweet and fit the ambience of the track itself. As for the production of the track, you know full well the overall sound is just right - don't you? Vocals are top too - it's all beautiful. Really, really I can't say a bad word about this - except "jealousy". Rated.

don't know how I missed this one. haunting, especially the ahhhhhs towards the end (very Radiohead that bit) superb vocal, tremendous guitar playing. such simpole instrumentation but a brilliant crafted song. desrves the millions of comments is has.

Oh Lads.. how did I ever miss this song.. I mean you guys just keep churning them out.. when I ever pass a gnome in a garden or an ol workmans shed on the street or perhaps a public ....ter I cant help but think of you guys! I played this one to the girls in my band, you may have heard of us 'Gay Byrnes hot bolix squirts' but they thought it was pregnant.. but I disagree!! I thought Yimmbo's vocals chirped and meowed conjuring images and feelings matched only in beauty and intensity by a bo derek/dudley moore love scene.. Yimmbo, oozing estrogen, seranades and smothers us with his soft warm auditory bosoms, kissing the napes of our necks with his huge succulent auditory lips whilst mercilessly frigging his auditory ganny.. by the time the song cresendos I can tell you there wasnt a dry eye left in my body.. beautiful lads.. simply sumptous!

This track works really well, good acoustics and vocals. Think you could make the strings that come in could be a little louder. I disagree with dawnsinclair, think the last ahhhooo should be left in, it ends the track nicely.

Back for another listen and to try downloading again...I have got the hang of it now. I am wondering if you have considered dropping the last (unaccompanied) ahhhooo which doesn't work as well as the rest...just a thought. Rest is perfect and I agree with foonk...you should get it to some kind of agency as it is a classic in every way.

I'd download this, because I really love it, but I tried that the ther day with another song and have no idea where it ended up in my computer....there anything else by this vocalist? As I say, he reminds me of Steve Harley and this whole track is reminiscent of Come Up and See Me (Make me Smile) which has always remained in my top ten faves.

You should get this track to an advertising agency guys - this is a classic song - added to my favourites very enthusiastically!

What a wonderful surprise to listen to this one....a great song with a vocalist who has something different to offer....shades of Steve Harley, one of my old heroes. Lyrics good with a hook you could hang your coat on. nothing overdone, a clean appealing production...just perfect, this.

What an earth can one say? Guitar work that is truly beautiful, vocals that are designed to fill entire halls with genuine warmth and presence. An entire track with a loose, free-floating quality that's as powerful as it is haunting. I've seen the future, and it's situated within the Shed. In other words, top marks, bravo, and please keep up the good work.
